"Looks really nice on my patio, right?"
I actually really like the clean design of this. It fits nicely on my patio and, to me at least, it doesn’t look cheap at all. I feel like it gives the space a nicer, more put-together look

"Assembly was okay from what I remember"
From what I remember, putting it together wasn’t terrible, but the instructions definitely could’ve been clearer. I had to stop and figure things out a few times, but I eventually got it assembled.

"Save your time, not weatherproof"
Just a heads up, don’t waste your time if you need this to handle rain. I had it outside and water got inside quickly, so it’s definitely not weatherproof like I expected.

"Warranty parts arrived really quickly"
Umm, I was surprised how fast the warranty replacement parts showed up. It really helped me out and made the whole thing way less stressful.

"I ordered the replacement parts I needed..."
I ordered the replacement parts I needed for my shed after finally getting around to fixing it on a Saturday morning. Everything showed up in the box, which was a relief because I’ve definitely had packages before where some random screw or bracket was missing. These parts all lined up right, nothing felt off or had to be forced into place, and I was able to get the shed back together without making it a whole big project. Happy with how it turned out.

"Pretty Good Delivery, No Big Issues"
It showed up On time, which I appreciated. The box was a little dented, but nothing inside seemed Damaged, so overall it was totally fine.

"Pretty good, just pricey"
It works fine, it works fine. I don’t really have any complaints about how it does the job, but the price feels a bit too high for what you’re getting. Good product, just kind of expensive

I was surprised by how much this fits. I’ve been able to get all my yard stuff in there easily. It’s not absolutely perfect, but for what I needed, it does the job well

"Holding up way better than I thought it would"
I got a Suncast storage box last year for our patio, and it’s been holding up just really well. It’s been through plenty of rain, some hot sun, and even a couple snow storms, and nothing has cracked or warped so far. The lid still shuts like it should, and everything inside stays dry. I was just a little unsure at first since it’s plastic, but it actually feels sturdy. For the price, I’m just really happy with how well it’s lasted

"Feels solid for now"
The plastic feels nice and thick, definitely not the flimsy kind. So far I’m happy with it, but if it starts cracking or wearing out too soon, I’ll probably move on to a different brand.

"Customer service was fine, just kind of slow"
I had to reach out to suncast because my storage box was missing a part. I don’t know why it took a few days to hear back, but I ended up sending a follow-up before I got a response.
Once they did get back to me, they were nice enough and got the part sent out. So overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than I expected.
